The 90-Day Pivot

The 90-Day Pivot is a phased consulting engagement built around three things your organization needs to survive the current funding environment: a board that can make accountable decisions about AI, a data infrastructure that satisfies state grantor requirements, and a staff that isn’t quietly burning out filling gaps no one has named.

It runs in three phases.

The first thirty days build the foundation — board readiness, data compliance, and the internal framework for how your organization will make AI decisions together. Days thirty through sixty sunset what isn’t working and build the revenue architecture for what comes next. The final thirty days produce the proof: a real-time impact dashboard, a board-approved AI ethics policy, and a donor event redesigned around outcomes instead of obligation.
